14 December 2024Not a fan of this flower shop. I ordered pink flowers and was given the complete opposite. I understand that you may not have the right ones in stock but tell your customers before shipping the wrong ones. I paid 100 bucks for pink flowers for my wife’s birthday but received all flowers that weren’t in the ordered.The whole bouquet was filled with filler green flowers. I will definitely be taking my business to the flower shop in West Point. Communication would have been great but was not communicated at all about shortages of flowers. I’ll call the store on Monday about a refund due to not receiving anything I ordered. Not a fan of this experience.
